What is LoLa's refund policy?
LoLa's has a firm NO REFUND/ NO EXCHANGE POLICY. We only offer a store credit if you received a damaged product due to poor shipment from the carrier.

What happens if I receive a damaged product? 
When this happens, you have 24 HOURS from the delivery time to email us a picture of the product that is damaged. Our email is shoplolas925@gmail.com

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. All orders are handmade at the time of purchase and please allow 24-48 hours to process for shipping. A tracking and invoice number will be emailed to you when your products are shipped.

USPS has been experiencing major delays due to the pandemic. All orders are being shipped as normal. However, you may encounter slight delays from USPS. Please visit their site and review their policies to see how delivery times may affect you.

What happens If I ordered the wrong product?
To avoid this error, we ask that you carefully select the right skin care product and size. We also provide a comment section where you can add details to your purchase. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES.

What happens if my package says delivered and I didn’t receive it? 
IF THIS HAPPENS YOU MUST CALL OR GO TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND SEE WHERE THE PACKAGE IS. We do not reissue packages nor give refunds when this happens. Once the carrier scans your package, it’s in the hands of USPS.


Shipping Address Issues
LoLa's WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
